Northeast India (often called the “Seven Sisters” plus Sikkim) is a region in the far east of India, known for its diverse tribal cultures, lush landscapes, and unique traditions. It is made up of eight states: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Sikkim.
