Malaysia Visa

Malaysia tourist visa checklist:-

• Original passport Scanned copy front and Last Page. (in JPEG format).
• Confirmed air tickets and Hotel Bookings (In PDF format).
• Covid E- Vaccination certificate (In PDF format).
• One recent photographs soft copy (Photograph specification: 3.5cm X 5cm 60%-70% face
• appearance in white background. Photographs clearly show from crown to shoulders).

Note:-

• Visa Fees (approximately): INR 3,200/- per applicant approximately.
• Service Charges: INR 200/- + GST per applicant.
• Processing Time for Single Entry Visa: After passport submission is min. 03 working days (visa processing time is the decision made by the embassy on each visa application and in case of any delay we are not responsible for the same).

 

Thailand Visa

Thailand tourist visa checklist:

• Thailand visa form signed at two places.
• Confirm Air-Ticket.
• Confirm Hotel Bookings.
• Original passport valid for at least six months with minimum two blank pages.
• All Old Passport/s, if any.
• Two Blank letter heads of the company; if self-employed.
• Signed Checklist for Thailand.
• Two recent photographs (photos should not be used in any previous visa/s before; especially in previous Singapore visa/s) on white background (35*45 mm in size) with 70-80% face coverage in matt finish paper only (the applicant should be sitting straight, with no hairs on forehead, mouth should be closed and both ears should be clearly visible; if an applicant wears spectacles -- kindly remove the same & click the photographs).
• Last six months to till date personal bank statement on bank stationary with bank & stamp & sign on each page with the transaction of within 7 days and a minimum balance of 60k Per Applicant.
• If in Business: Directorship / Partnership proof / Proprietorship Proof.
• If employed: NOC/leave letter from the employer, last three months salary slips.

NOTE:

• Processing Time: After passport submission is min. 05-06 working days (visa processing time is the decision made by the embassy on each visa application and in case of any delay we are not responsible for the same).
• Thailand Visa & VFS Fees (approximately): INR 3,000/- per applicant.
• Service charges (for Thailand visas only): INR 500 + GST per applicant.
• All documents are required in A4 size & in individual sets only.

Vietnam Visa

Vietnam tourist visa checklist:

 
•     Original passport Scanned copy front & Last Page. (In Jpeg format).
•     Confirmed air tickets & Hotel Bookings (In PDF format).
•     Covid E- Vaccination certificate (In PDF format).
•     One recent photographs soft copy (Photograph specification: 3.5cm X 5cm 60%-70% face appearance in white background. Photographs clearly show from crown to shoulders).

Hong Kong Visa

Hong Kong Pre- Arrival requirements & Visa Fees :-

 
•    Original passport Scanned copy front & Last Page. (In Jpeg format).
•    Hotel Bookings or Hotel Address.
•    Travel Dates.
•    Travel History for last three year of Any Country.
•    Travel History for last five year of Hong-Kong 
•    Employment sector
•    Name of company / employer / school
 Address of office / school
District / City

•    Visa Fees :Gratis
•    Service Charges: INR 200/- + GST per applicant.
•    Processing Time for Single Entry Visa: After passport submission is min. 24 hours (visa processing time is the decision made by the embassy on each visa application and in case of any delay we are not responsible for the same).

 Singapore Visa

 Singapore tourist visa checklist:-

1.    Singapore visa form signed.
2.    Original passport valid for at least six months with minimum two blank pages.
3.    Personal visa request letter (If self employed: it will be printed on company’s letter head or else in plain A4 size paper).
5.    Last six months to till date personal bank statement with bank stamp & sign.
6.    If in Business: Directorship / Partnership proof; whichever applicable.
