Original passport valid for at least six months with minimum two blank pages.

Two recent photographs (photos should not be used in any previous visa/s before; especially in previous Singapore visa/s) on white background (35*45 mm in size) with 70-80% face coverage in matt finish paper only (the applicant should be sitting straight, with no hairs on forehead, mouth should be closed and both ears should be clearly visible; if an applicant wears spectacles -- kindly remove the same & click the photographs).
Last six months to till date personal bank statement on bank stationary with bank & stamp & sign on each page with the transaction of within 7 days and a minimum balance of 60k Per Applicant.
If in Business: Directorship / Partnership proof / Proprietorship Proof.
If employed: NOC/leave letter from the employer, last three months salary slips.
